Level 1

Level 1 swimmers are beginner swimmers. This class is an introduction to swimming. Students might be scared or apprehensive to get their faces wet and apprehensive about the water. Typically, students' ages range from 3-5 years old.

Goals: - Gain confidence in the water - Water Safety - Fully submerge head and body under water - Float on back and front (unassisted) - Glide to instructor from stairs (unassisted) - Jump in water from side (unassisted)
